Burnaby Public Library or BPL is a public library that serves Burnaby, British Columbia and the surrounding Lower Mainland. BPL strategic aims to “empower the community to engage with and share stories, ideas and information.” BPL provides access to information services and library collections (including books, DVDs, newspapers, magazines and research materials) through its four branches as well as online and through community outreach.
Surrey Public Library, operating as Surrey Libraries, is the municipal public library system of Surrey, British Columbia. Surrey Libraries serves Surrey’s population of approximately 580,000 with a collection of more than 790,000 items and 188,691 active cardholders.
Richmond Public Library has been proudly serving the Richmond, BC, community since 1976. Our mission is to create opportunities to learn, connect, and belong. Libraries are at the heart of their communities.
Z-Space is a registered non-profit in British Columbia. They are a creative culture hub supporting art, tech, music, science, food, and community. They provide affordable, sustainable, and community-oriented space for startups, artists, and builders.

Please send donations through our Paypal Account, link below. All proceeds go to the VanLUG account. The money is needed to maintain our website, our discourse platform, network infrastructure, and various expenses related to IRL (in-real-life) meetings with Linux and Open Source Fans.
