HackBerryPiCM5 handheld PCs

Highlight: HackBerryPi CM5 is an open source, Raspberry Pi-powered handheld PC with a BlackBerry keyboard.

The HackBerryPiCM5 is a handheld computer with a 4 inch, 720 x 720 pixel touchscreen display, a repurposed BlackBerry keyboard, and and a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 inside, allowing you to use the device as a portable Linux computer.

It’s the latest line of open source, Raspberry Pi + BlackBerry handhelds from ZitaoTech. While this model is not yet available for purchase from Elecrow or the ZitaoTech shop on Tindie, you can find everything you need to build your own at the project’s GitHub page.

ZitaoTech also has designed for models with Raspberry Pi Zero 2W and Raspberry Pi 4 and Raspberry Pi 5 Model B single-board computers. But opting for a compute module allows this version to offer all the power of a Raspberry Pi 5 in a slimmer, more pocket-friendly package.
